Purpose of Role
As a B2C Key Account Manager specializing in Retail Media and Digital Strategies, your purpose is to cultivate and improve key client relationships within the consumer business environment. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the performance of assigned accounts by devising innovative ways that align with various functional areas to achieve comercial and marketing objectives.
Additionally, your role strives to sustain and capitalize on the growth and development opportunities presented by the evolving eCommerce channel, ensuring Diageo brands maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Accountabilities
- Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges to provide effective solutions and generate consistent revenue.
- Retail Media Expertise: Demonstrate profound knowledge of Retail Media practices and trends. Design and complete effective advertising campaigns within digital retail environments, improving product visibility and conversion rates.
- Digital Business Development: Identify growth opportunities in the digital world by exploring new platforms and technologies to expand brand presence and improve customer engagement.
- CRM Strategies: Use CRM tools to analyze data and derive actionable insights that drive customer dedication, retention, and happiness. Tailor marketing and sales strategies to optimize customer engagement throughout their journey.
- Full Funnel Strategies: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that cover the entire sales funnel, from awareness to conversion and dedication. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, operations, and digital teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
- Ensure effective management of budgets, stock, distribution, and digital strategies.
- Lead negotiations for annual agreements, crafting long-term strategies and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to meet both Diageo and customer goals.
- Monitor performance, competition, and data analytics to optimize sales targets, investment budgets, and digital platform management for market share growth.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Degree or equivalent experience, educated in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related
- 1 - 2 years of eCommerce retail or FMCG experience
- Shown expertise on account management or digital platforms growth: Sales / Market Share
- Spanish and English knowledge.
- 2 to demonstrate ability
