Role Responsibilities:
1. Business Analytics and Intelligence:
• Understands and lead business and project performance for own innovation projects - has strong analytical skills and ability to spot patterns and opportunities from multiple data sources which are converted quickly into actionable implications and recommendations.
• Handle & track performance of specific innovation projects versus AOP & executional KPI's that are set
2. Project Management and Coordination:
• Understands project outcomes with full attention to internal and external requirements and timings and has a clear plan how to achieve these.
• Operates with a clear set of priorities, adjusting for opportunities and obstacles.
• Able to lead multiple tasks and deadlines in all aspects of a project, proactively resolving issues and finding solutions to ensure simplicity and pace.
• Builds strong cross-functional relationships and can create alignment across central and local team agendas.
3. Execution:
• Operates with a clear set of priorities, adjusting for opportunities and obstacles • Implement all aspects of launch activation with rigorous attention to detail (agency briefing, critical metric setting, persuasive sell, material development, field sales briefing), in line with SouthLAC Execution calendar and optimized Create TImplementte model
• Ability and confidence to make the necessary informed recommendations required to ensure activities are efficiently delivered and adjusted/ course-corrected as required
4.Promotional effectiveness
• Leads Measurement & Evaluation for own innovation projects
• Has strong analytical skills and is able to spot patterns and opportunities from multiple data sources which are converted quickly into actionable implications Strategic and commercial understanding
• Understands customer and channel strategies in order to find opportunities.
• Work in line with customer processes and plans in order to deliver against these.
• Understands concepts of brand strategies, growth drivers and commercial planning in order to support plan development for new innovation.
5. Builds links
• Close collaboration with the CP&A, Cat Dev and sales teams in market and with central innovation team in SouthLAC.
• Develop & roll-out internal engagement plans for each innovation launch

Experience / skills required:
• Mastery in trade marketing.
• Big influence skills in commercial teams.
• Approx. 5 years working experience in a commercial FMCG environment, ideally in both sales and marketing/trade marketing
• Obsessed by execution
• Positive energy, solution oriented, self-confident in own area, strong teammate, committed to own development, pro-active, structured way of working, strong analytical skills • Can crefind opportunities to collaborateross our consumer and customer agenda
• Good level of English (verbal & written).
• Strong project management skills a necessity (planning and follow up).
