Experience / skills required:
• Senior professionals are individual contributors
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own subject area and basic knowledge of related fields
• Has knowledge of standard methodologies and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market
• Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
• Solves problems by taking a fresh opinion on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of other sources of information
• Impacts achievement of activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
• Explains sophisticated, difficult and/or sensitive information; works to build consensus
Marketing Innovation Job Family Description:
Roles in marketing innovation use consumer insights and trends to create new ideas and concepts for Diageo's brands and products. They work closely with technical research and development to prove, test and refine concepts through to commercialisation.
