About the role
Our ambition is to be a world class Sales organization focused on winning with customers and consumers. To digitally enable our organization one of the key projects is the deployment of all tolls that can help the business and commercial team to optimize their time to dedicate the right attention to the customers on the field. and understand the rotations of our products among customers and improve compared to competitors.
The main areas of work will be the development of new tools (e.g.: order automation via PDF, Contract Management Edge ..etc), improvement of existing tools (DIageo1, CPD, TRAX etc) and collection of Stock/Sell data via direct customer sending and with the UVE platform.
The role reports into the Head of Commercial Transformation & Business Effectiveness.
Your key accountabilities
- Manage all workstreams to be delivered on time related to the Project (status meetings, raise issues and proactively find solution to bottlenecks identified during the project execution).
- Execute tasks or guarantee right resourcing for those to be executed in-market for new solutions (Product testing UAT´s, Master Data Management, data description updates, set-up etc.).
- Play a Key Role to develop communication and organisational change to embed new solutions/tools that are result of the projects.
- Be the decision Maker on market prioritization for deployment and market functionality requirements and priorities that inform Global Product sprints.
- Have a robust understanding of the customer processes, challenges, and opportunities in order to help prioritize key functionality & identify areas of improvement.
- Handle Content Management: Maintaining high standard of all data.
- Lead Market and Competitor Understanding - Keep up to date and collate key online market and category insights and trends, as well as competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Create right reporting specially for Stock/Sell out data.
About you
- You have experience in Field Sales or Distribution management with robust knowledge of the how the commercial teams and processes operate that deliver results.
- You're strong in stakeholder management and communication. You 've led change, project & success management, analyzing multiple data sources and ability to find commercial opportunities through sophisticated data sets.
- You're proficient in English and Italian.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
