We are looking for a Spanish/English bilingual UX Researcher to join an exciting project to join our Team. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of researchers, designers, and engineers to drive customer feedback and research findings into future iterations of the product.

  • Drive end-to-end research projects, including planning, data collection, analysis, and delivering results to stakeholders. Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies in Spanish, including 1:1 interviews, usability tests, focus groups, quantitative surveys, and heuristics evaluations.
  • Develop research artifacts like survey questionnaires, discussion guides, journey maps, user archetypes, and insights reports.
  • Communicate, defend, and build consensus around your research findings to inform design decisions. Uphold and represent UX research and design best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with a nimble research team and act as an active thought partner to teammates and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research-focused workshops and presentations. Seamlessly switch between Spanish and English to engage with diverse stakeholders.

We would like you to have…

  • 4+ years of experience conducting UX research and driving tangible outcomes with product teams.
  • 4+ years of experience leading usability studies, user interviews, and surveys, including questionnaire and discussion guide writing, and creating sampling and analysis plans.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability to proactively manage projects, drive meetings and presentations, and lead delivery of research (not just implement something that was already created)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Track record of collaborating across multiple disciplines (design, engineering, strategy)
  • Ability to work within tight timelines autonomously, with excellent project and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Business acumen, aligning design solutions with business objectives and needs.
  • Fully bilingual. Ideally, you are a native Spanish speaker with excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Portfolio or work samples showcasing your UX Research experience is required.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
