Workday Integrations Lead (HCaaS)

Work you will do:

  • As a Sr Workday HCM Integration Consultant you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following
  • Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and propose solutions.
  • Oversee integration delivery and manage data conversion process.
  • Serve as an advisor to other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise.
  • Build consensus around business processes and designs.
  • Communication of Workday capabilities and limitations.
  • Configuration of Workday applications.
  • Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts.
  • Write technical specifications.
  • Leads building programs and integrations.
  • Supports clients through testing.
  • Engages and collaborate on existing/new integrations with third party vendors.
  • Lead Integration Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday.
  • Lead workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM (such as Integrations, Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Calculated Fields, EIBs, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, Payroll, Benefits, and more)
  • Serve as mentor junior staff.
  • Manage on and offshore resources.

Our Workday practice is the implementation partner of choice for Workday's largest clients. We have over one thousand Workday certified professionals working on the most comprehensive and complex projects in North America, and we are looking for high energy, committed and ambitious people to join our Workday community.

Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any pertinent field or industry is required.
  • 5 + years' experience configuring and supporting Workday integrations.
  • 6+ years' of consulting and/or industry experience.
  • Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions.
  • Experience with at least three full life cycle Workday integrations, experience as a client of Workday through an implementation, experience in other HRIS integrations.
  • Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm, Superior Communication Skills, both written and oral
  • Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be able to work PST hours.
  • Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available.

  • Workday Integrations Certification
