We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Lead Specialist, Learning and Development - DTA role between August 2025 and March 2026 for our Learning & Development team.

Work you'll do
You will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. Responsibilities may include:
- Plan, execute and operationalize virtual development programs and processes
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
- Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at Deloitte
- Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs, vendors and peers
- Use critical thinking skills and agility to proactively identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems
- Apply project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
- Be agile with projects as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 6 years of related professional experience in developing adult learning programs and training experiences
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to come into the office periodically for office events
- Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Previous instructional design experience
- Experience working in a learning and development organization
- Prior consulting or professional services experience
- Project and program management experience
Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. They are, however, covered under Deloitte's Business Travel Accident policy and may participate in Before-Tax Transit benefits.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 - $134,300.
