The Team
At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services Technology Group consultants help multinational clients develop programs, processes and digital offerings to manage a global workforce and the compliance obligations arising from global mobility, business travel and remote working. People within our technology group come from a diverse background - they partner with our go-to-market teams and global clients to solve challenging problems and design experiences and products that anticipate what our Deloitte clients will want and also solutions that keep them compliant with global and local regulations.

Work you'll do
You will be responsible for driving system transformation activities to support business strategic initiatives for market, operations, and talent within GESTC. The successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, the ability to prioritize appropriately, and multi-task in a dynamic environment. This position is client-facing, requiring excellent communication, consulting, and probing skills to exceed client expectations.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Partnering with GESTC business to understand and anticipate market and operational needs and translate them into business requirements
- Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to understand user needs and pain points
- Building strong interpersonal relationships with leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders
- Implementing the business vision for the immigration practice
- Creating an immigration service road map based on this vision
- Managing the backlog and prioritizing based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of service creation including design, development, testing, delivery, and support
- Monitoring and evaluating progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the delivery team and business stakeholders to deliver updates
- Managing vendor relationships
- Forecasting budgets and ongoing monitoring to ensure on time/within budget delivery
- Driving a high performing culture focused on excellent client service by proactively uncovering functional gaps and determine solutions
- Informing build/remediation estimation models, validate planning and build schedules, and deliver SDLC effectiveness/throughput in both production support and ongoing transformation
- Acting as the first point of escalation for urgent production support issues in the region

At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services tax consultants help multinational clients develop tax-aligned compensation and benefits programs that address their international and domestic needs. Our consultants come from global compensation and benefits backgrounds and work with clients to streamline business operations while managing the scalability, risks, and costs of programs. The GES team leverages the GES Technology Center to offer technology enabled services to our clients, expanding our product offering and increasing the value we provide to our clients. Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- 8 + years of experience in product management or a related role
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Working knowledge of product development architecture
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Excellent oral and written communication with both internal and external clients
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work with large remote teams
- Understanding of design quality standards
- A history of consistently meeting client expectations and project deadlines
- Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment where projects, and deadlines often require multi-tasking and flexible work schedules
- Ability to travel 10% - 20% both in the US / Global (including travel to Hyderabad, India)
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Power Point, and product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, business, technology, or related field
- Possess one of the following professional certifications:
- CBAP® - Certified Business Analysis Professional
- Certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master
- Certified SAFe® Agile Software Engineer
- Certified SAFe® Agilist
- Certified SAFe® Architect
- Certified SAFe® DevOps Practitioner
- Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager
- Certified SAFe® Practitioner
- Certified SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager
- Certified SAFe® Scrum Master
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Professional Scrum Product Owner™(PSCPO) - SCRUM.org
- Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
Preferred:
Industry knowledge through prior work experience or GMS certification will be an advantage but is not required
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $148,750 to $276,250
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
