Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Medicaid Processing Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Process Medicaid applications by verifying information, assessing eligibility based on guidelines, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate application status and program information to stakeholders while maintaining and updating accurate records in systems.
  • Utilize Medicaid eligibility criteria and technology systems, including automated programs, to determine state assistance eligibility.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and participate in testing sessions to ensure operational changes align with business needs.
  • Verify financial and legal documents, identify non-compliance patterns in claims handling, and evaluate billing standards to identify discrepancies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in integrated eligibility case processing
  • 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing for Medicaid enrollment systems
  • 10+ years of experience supporting state/local government eligibility systems
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience with Medicaid Information Technology System (MITS)
