Work you'll do
As a Project Delivery Medicaid Processing Senior Analyst, you will:
- Process Medicaid applications by verifying information, assessing eligibility based on guidelines, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate application status and program information to stakeholders while maintaining and updating accurate records in systems.
- Utilize Medicaid eligibility criteria and technology systems, including automated programs, to determine state assistance eligibility.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and participate in testing sessions to ensure operational changes align with business needs.
- Verify financial and legal documents, identify non-compliance patterns in claims handling, and evaluate billing standards to identify discrepancies.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in integrated eligibility case processing
- 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing for Medicaid enrollment systems
- 10+ years of experience supporting state/local government eligibility systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience with Medicaid Information Technology System (MITS)
