Work you'll do
As a Project Delivery Medicaid Processing Lead, you will:
- Guide system testing, defect resolution, and process design for a state government benefits system
- Define functional requirements and support advanced system enhancements in collaboration with technical teams
- Provide short-term solutions and consult with the state on system issues to maintain continuous processing
- Execute and manage release testing with the state to facilitate large-scale conversions and releases
- Lead and establish a Central Processing Team, managing recruitment, logistics, and quality assurance to improve system operations
- Oversee a team of 30+ contractors supporting Medicaid in various complex projects
- Streamline operations and support organizational goals by implementing process improvements and quality auditing programs
- Collaborate with vendor technical teams to address complex system updates
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in integrated eligibility/Medicaid benefits IT systems specifically for state/local governments
- 15+ years of experience supporting eligibility IT systems
- Experience managing and leading teams in Medicaid case processing operations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in a related field
