Work You'll Do

  • Serves as the primary point of contact with Client leadership, governance bodies and other stakeholders for activities related to contract administration, overall engagement management and scheduling, correspondence between the Client and Deloitte, dispute resolution, and status reporting to the State for the duration of the transition period.
  • Works closely with the Transition Manager and provides any assistance in managing day-to-day transition activities, planning, strategizing, budgeting, and status reporting.
  • Confirms that appropriate resources are available and committed during the transition period of the project as well as throughout the project

Complex Delivery Expert capable of replicating success across clients in the following areas:

  • Deliver large scale infrastructure engineering (infrastructure design, enterprise architecture development, application development/management, infrastructure and application modernization)
  • Deliver infrastructure operations project (network management, database administration, help desk/service desk, system administration) with a high-risk profile, functioning in a 24X7 environment across multiple classification levels
  • Deliver hybrid and next gen solutions using innovative delivery approaches (e.g., agile, subscription, cloud)
  • Utilize a mix of delivery approaches (on site/ on shore, but offsite talent models, subcontractors) to deliver highest economic returns
  • Possess a strong understanding of Execute engagement goals (margin, quality, risk)
  • Standardize and identify ways to improve project efficiencies using margin lifting levers
  • Execute high quality work while meeting all standards related to margin, quality and risk
  • Execute high quality work to allow Deloitte to be consistent winners of incremental work and project recompetes
  • Collaborate with clients, internal colleagues, and external peers and alliances to develop new relationships or advance known relationships to trusted positions
  • Consistently demonstrate inclusive leadership behaviors and observe behaviors that impede bias using our National DEI resources and trainings
  • Drive acquisition and development efforts for your program, collaborating with multiple stakeholders in the organization to align project needs to available talent
  • Serve as a role model and mentor to engagement staff
  • Display leadership in all aspects of the Talent Lifecycle (recruiting, deployment, advancement)

The team

Our Core Technology Operations group enables differentiation and focused growth for large-scale infrastructure, data center, and operations projects. We take part in operation services for our clients with emphasis on automation and delivery excellence. Our core capabilities include: IT Operations Delivery & Management, Customer Experience Enhancement, Operations Transformation, transportation modernization, and Emerging Technology platforms such as drones and 5G networks.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 12+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Travel from 50-100% (While 50 up to 100% of travel is a requirement of the role, client site guidance may allow for hybrid and/or remote work.)
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred

  • PMI Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (Desired)
