CE oversees the Advantaged Client Portfolio (ACP), Emerging Client Portfolio (MDM ECP) and Deloitte Private.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager 2, Practice Operations of Deloitte Private is responsible for the support and execution of the Deloitte Private PMO vision and priorities both in terms of providing strategic guidance, as well as driving/supporting the implementation of key priorities, signature programs and eminence building efforts. This key role represents a unique opportunity to work with senior leadership in the areas of strategy and planning. The role will also be involved in operations management, as well as the development and execution of strategies in a complex business environment at the direction of senior leadership within the firm.
• Drives strategy and PMO operations that allow Deloitte Private to design and execute leading edge programs that create marketplace distinction and drive business growth
• Provides critical leadership in the strategic transformation of Deloitte Private
• Innovates to introduce new ways to engage clients and targets, shape demand, leverage new technology and create preference before demand signals
• Collaborates directly with business leadership around strategic priorities
• Plans and directs administrative, financial, and operational activities for Deloitte Private
• Seeks feedback from business counterparts to continually improve the value that Deloitte Private delivers
• Represents Deloitte Private leaders in relevant meetings, discussions, and conference calls
• Directs leadership and operational communications to key audiences and stakeholders, as well as writes and prepares business-wide communications
• Prepares and consolidates leadership dashboards and reports
• Leads and executes special strategic projects
• Supports coordination and collaboration with Global Deloitte Private
• Drives key operations activities, transformation efforts, and strategies focused on driving growth and differentiation through integrated multi-disciplinary go-to-market offerings and insights to better meet our clients' diverse needs
• Develops and delivers facilitation materials such as executive briefings, strategy and operations guidance, and ongoing frameworks aligned to delivery of priorities
• Leads project management to define and execute against priorities in collaboration with US client leaders
• Helps integrate insights, optimizes distinct capabilities and leverages signature programs to support the relationship development and growth of the private company clients embedded in the MDM ECP
• Produces high quality, timely deliverables and work products in support of strategic priorities, data analysis and insights, and stakeholder communications
• Supports the development of expectation frameworks for key leadership and support roles; aligned to goaling objectives and communications
• Identifies, shares and builds upon best practices and provide recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement
• Develops presentations and talking points for senior leadership discussions with the Board, Exco, Growth Council, Business Growth Leaders, etc.
• Owns management and cross CI&I collaboration to set meeting strategies, develop agendas, and coordinate logistics
Basic Qualifications
• Ability to build strong relationships and interact with all levels within the firm, including senior executive leadership
• Demonstrated writing and presentation development skills, including storyboarding, slide development, and synthesizing broad and/or complex information into clear, impactful messages for client and executive audiences
• Executive presence and experience managing high-touch relationships and highly sensitive business matters involving strategy, planning and talent development
• Experience in operations-led transformation, preferably in building world-class integrated organizations
• Significant experience working and coordinating project activities across multiple teams and channels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, CoPilot
• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience including prior client service experience
• Ability to work primarily remote with occasional travel expectations, likely on a quarterly basis
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications
• Comfortable with ambiguity, adapting to emerging priorities and self-managing in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Strategy development and execution related experience
• Creative problem solving with significant experience working collaboratively with numerous individuals across multiple disciplines
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong business writing and visual communication skills
• Ability to storyboard and translate concepts into quality content creation for senior leadership audiences
• Agility to manage competing responsibilities to successfully prioritize workload
• Exercises good judgment/sound decision making and work with confidential or sensitive information
• Works well both independently and collaboratively with teams based in the US and USI
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,300 to $265,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
