Position Summary

As an experienced Epic Cupid/Radiant Support Specialist you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Understand the business of the client and be in alignment with the engagement processes.
  • Deliver enhancements of simple-medium complexities catering to radiology practices by performing detailed analysis of user requirements and workflows including working on activities related to design, build, testing, implementation.
  • Resolve tickets/ break-fixes of all complexities with high quality user interactions and within the expected TAT.
  • Adopt best practices while handling standard change requests or incidents by documenting appropriate work notes and user contact attempts.
  • Work on day-to-day maintenance activities like resolving interface workqueue errors and reduce the inflow of recurring errors.
  • Understand and apply excellent documentation skills such as - Application understanding, change management etc.
  • Be flexible in owning deliverables and working as per team requirements.
  • Work closely with and prioritize work to offshore analysts; engage with the client's Application Managers on planning, issue resolution, and communications after Deloitte Consulting's offshore working hours.
  • Integrate Deloitte Consulting's offshore team into the client's delivery through additional engagement in huddles and working group collaboration to achieve optimal work production.
  • Participate in change management, application, and team meetings with client staff.
  • Validate output and work with client staff.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in collaboration with the client.
  • Collaborate regularly with on-site client, team members, functional SMEs, and third-party applications.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Epic Certifications in both Epic Cupid and Epic Radiant
  • 5+ years of Epic build and optimization experience, with Epic Radiant, Epic Cupid,
  • 5+ years of experience with Epic application workflows, standard maintenance activities, and build requirements
  • Experience with all aspects of testing lifecycle - unit, system, integrated testing
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Role is remote but one must have the ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Analytical/ decision making responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
