Work You'll Do
As a Technology Packages Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients maximize the value of industry-leading technology platforms such as Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow. Leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen, you will ensure these solutions are expertly configured, seamlessly integrated, and continuously optimized to address evolving client needs. You will have the opportunity to innovate, collaborate, and drive meaningful change-empowering clients to achieve their strategic objectives through the effective adoption and management of technology packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to client objectives.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot technology packages to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
- Lead and support user training initiatives, data migration activities, and upgrade management to ensure smooth transitions and system adoption.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to maintain optimal solution health.
- Drive strategic business transformation by deploying, integrating, and optimizing technology solutions-such as modernizing operations with ERP platforms, streamlining IT service management with ServiceNow, automating finance processes with Oracle, or enhancing workforce strategies through advanced HR technologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into actionable business insights.

The Team
Our Deloitte Consulting team plays a major role in directly embedding technology insights into our clients' organizational goals. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree completed by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.3 cumulative GPA preferred)
- Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate is $90,000.
