Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of information technology project engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of progressive related work experience. Position requires three years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing .NET, webMethods, and Informatica PowerCenter to guide information technology projects, including data migration and IT modernizations;
• Guiding teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, MS PowerPoint, and Jira;
• Developing and maintaining project schedule and deliverables for clients, using MS Project;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, using Azure DevOps Server, Jira, and Waterfall & Agile methodologies;
• Driving development, testing, and deployment, utilizing Visual Basic, Informatica PowerCenter, Tableau, Unisys ClearPath, and Oracle; and
• Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope using change management processes, including qualitative and quantitative assessment, and leveraging project management methodologies including change management, Change Control Board (CCB), work breakdown structure (WBS) and Validate Scope.
