Position Summary
Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.
Work You'll Do
- Collaborates with business and IT partners to analyze and define the requirements for technical solutions to meet business needs. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
- Provides direction in assessing impact of change, defining business rules, and implementing solutions across a broad range of functional boundaries.
- Competent to work at the highest level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
- Leads requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, traceable, feasible, and verifiable.
- Manages changing requirements by communicating with project sponsor and project team members on impact of change and alerts project managers and project teams of potential risks and issues of importance.
- Collaborates with the technical and project teams to ensure that the results of the project fully satisfy the needs embodied in the requirements.
- Develops materials to support customer adoption and understanding of business system functionality and processes.
- Proactively provides support for business system 'help desk' responding to user inquiries, conducting root cause and data analysis to resolve system issues, and communicating status.
- Anticipates and identifies customer needs and matches products.

Includes strategy development, road mapping, strategic PMO, enterprise value creation, and finance automation and innovation.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.
- 4+ years of accounting system implementation experience.
- 3+ years working in an Agile environment.
Preferred:
- Certifications including CISA, CPA, PMP, and Scrum Master.
- Master's degree in accounting, business, finance or another business-related field.
- Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 Experience.
