Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.

Work you'll do

As Head of Strategy & Operations for BenefitsIQ, you'll play a critical role in aligning cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, and implementation teams to drive client outcomes. Responsibilities include:

  • Synchronize strategic planning, go-to-market activities, and product development to support key client objectives, particularly in benefits and pension administration modernization efforts.
  • Develop and manage cross-functional plans and operating rhythms that ensure alignment between leadership, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and opportunity assessments to inform product positioning, roadmap priorities, and expansion strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners-including technology vendors, consulting teams, and client stakeholders-to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
  • Provide operational expertise in the launch and scaling of SaaS-based solutions, including pilots, implementations, and process redesign.
  • Monitor delivery performance and GTM progress against key metrics, recommending course corrections and facilitating executive decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver executive briefings, strategic updates, and recommendations to senior leadership and client sponsors.
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with firmwide policies, security standards, and regulatory frameworks relevant to SaaS delivery in the public sector.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 4+ years of experience in operational leadership, strategy, or go-to-market execution in consulting or SaaS environments
  • Experience supporting Deloitte's BenefitsIQ programs and assets
  • Ability to operate across product, GTM, and delivery teams to drive outcomes

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting distributed teams across time zones and functions
  • Background in federal or public sector consulting or product delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to introduce new tools, systems, or playbooks to scale operations
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
