Position Summary
DaVita IKC is seeking an Sr. Manager, Ops Deployment - ATC to play a critical role in bringing innovation to life across our clinical operations. This position will be responsible for implementing and overseeing a governance process across clinical and operational teams to ensure effective and efficient deployment of solutions into the hands of frontline healthcare operators. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong influence, exceptional communication, project management skills, cross-functional coordination, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Team Summary
This position will sit on a broader Operations Deployment team that collectively maintains DaVita IKC's release schedules and ensures initiatives are deployed with coordination and consistency. This team serves as trusted advisors to both centralized business teams and operations as they help ensure that projects are prepared for launch and that operators are prepared to absorb them into their day-to-day routines.

Develop and manage a structured intake and review process for engaging Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk (LCPR) stakeholders. This includes creating a clear, standardized framework for how deliverables are presented-ensuring requests are streamlined, prioritized, and sequenced to avoid overload. This teammate serves as the central point of coordination to drive timely approvals. - Executive Communication & Influence
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Health Administration, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years in operations, strategy, or program management roles, ideally in healthcare.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional governance processes with senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic planning, systems thinking, and organizational design skills.
- Exceptional communication and executive facilitation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, Smartsheet, or similar strategic planning tools.
- Preferred Credentials:
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is a strong plus.
- Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong visualization and user experience design skills
- High EQ and ability to lead through influence
- Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or MS Project).
- Proficiency Microsoft 360 (Share Point, One Drive, Microsoft Planner, Power Point, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to strategically understand how initiatives and development cycles are connected and dependent on each other.
- Ability to build and maintain structured processes and systems for deployments.

Salary/ Wage Range
$100,100.00 - $147,000.00 / year
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
• New York Exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
• Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year
New York Non-exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
• Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year
Washington Non-exempt:
• Bellingham: $17.66/hour
• Burien: $21.16/hour
• Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
• Renton: $20.90/hour
• Seattle: $20.76/hour
• Tukwila: $21.10/hour
• Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
