What does the RN role entail?
- Full Time, rotating schedule of 3-4 days per week including every other Saturday
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday typical schedule: 4:30am - 7:00pm, Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday typical schedule: 5:45am - 5:00pm
- Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs
- Paid Dialysis Training provided
- At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience
- Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
- ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
- Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
- Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
