GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, development, and leadership of projects that impact yield, bad debt, operational efficiencies, and effectiveness. The Project Manager builds a realistic project plan, delivers outcomes on time, schedules tasks, and delegates assignments. They track the progress and performance of the project(s), along with the performance and efficiency of their team members. The scope of this position covers operations associated with patient admissions/inquiries, registration, setup, billing, collections, and credits, in addition to the upstream and downstream operations related to these. The Project Manager must effectively size and prioritize projects that support DaVita's key performance metrics to improve overall outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads project team(s)- tracks performance and progress, prioritizes time and manages resources. Establishes cadence of meetings.
- Plan and develop project ideas- defines project goals, adheres to DMAIC methodology, tracks progress and stickiness, communicates with stakeholders, seeks feedback
- Builds relationships and engages key operational leaders/teams- Applies GYRE methodology
- Stays updated on latest business operations trends, opportunities and improvements
- Communicates with Executive Leaders
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Expert in Healthcare Revenue Cycle knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Office Tools (inclds Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Advanced experience in Healthcare billing and collections systems
PMP-Project Management Certification
TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS
Travel: Up to 25%
Nights/Weekends: Up to 20%

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
Salary/ Wage Range
$68,000.00 - $115,000.00 / year
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
• New York Exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
• Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year
New York Non-exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
• Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year
Washington Non-exempt:
• Bellingham: $17.66/hour
• Burien: $21.16/hour
• Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
• Renton: $20.90/hour
• Seattle: $20.76/hour
• Tukwila: $21.10/hour
• Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
