Revenue Operations (ROPS) supports the DaVita Village through arranging dialysis placements, verifying coverage, generating and submitting claims and coordinating with payors. This position will lead analyses, solve complex problems, improve processes and understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle in order to affect the bottom line of the organization and take ROPS to World Class.
As a Project Manager within ROPS you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing business outcomes for various operational teams that impact DaVita's revenue cycle.

- Manage project portfolio: organize, track, and drive progress on projects and tasks across the team
- Facilitate discussions to align resources, overcome roadblocks, and keep on track with project deliverables
- Create and maintain project artifacts including project plans, project charters, project dashboards, and supplemental material
- Manage own resources and time in a way that aligns to priority & value of work
- Influence change and drive results through effective written and oral communication
- Interface and partner with leaders across multiple teams and/or external vendors and insurance companies
- Prepare and lead project updates to key stakeholders,
- Maintain credibility through preparation, planning, and thoughtful communication, consistently documenting decisions, risks, and next steps
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business)
- 3-5 years' experience OR applicable work experience; Master's degree preferred
- Strong Project Management skills required; experience using Project Management tools like Smartsheet preferred
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences including senior leaders

- Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred
