Project Manager, Procurement

We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join team PRISM (Procurement, Risk Reduction, Innovation and Supply Management) at DaVita. In this role, you'll lead projects that bring value to the Village, mitigate risk, support digital transformation, and create space for our teammates to more efficiently continue their work. This opportunity will also provide leadership growth with opportunities for professional development and teammate management.

What you'll do:

Lead projects from start to finish, keeping projects on track, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Utilize agile project management methodologies to adapt to changing needs and deliver value incrementally.

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as PRISM, AP, Pioneer, Clinical Explorers, IT, and finance to define project goals and ensure successful outcomes.

Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement. Exemplify DaVita's core values.

What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree. Bonus for BA in business, supply chain management, or related field. Bonus for PMP certification.
  • 3+ years managing projects with bonus for experience supervising full time teammates.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with proven experience managing and integrating high-ranking stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities; able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.
  • Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to make data-driven decisions and spot opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Microsoft Teams/SharePoint.
