- Monitor, educate and provide care for up to 4 patients before, during and after dialysis treatment. Please note you will be expected to work with needles [training provided]
- Support your community and build relationships by caring for patients local to your town
- Work with a team of dedicated technicians and nurses to deliver quality care to your patients
- Rotating schedule of 3-4 days a week, including rotating Saturdays (Sundays off!)
- Shift times are 10-12 hours a day
- Starting and ending times can range anywhere between 4:00 am - 9:00 pm
- NO late night or overnight shifts

- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required
- Comfortable working around blood and with needles, mixing acid or bicarb, setting up and cleaning dialysis equipment- paid training for all teammates!
- Desire to work in a healthcare field, 1:1 with long-term patients
- Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays and holidays as needed
- Team player, multi-tasker, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare experience is a plus but NOT required: BONNET/ Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) Certifications, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Phlebotomy certification, etc.
