What does the PCT role entail?
  • Fantastic Base Starting Pay of $17.75 an hour!
  • Full Time Hours with a base schedule of 3 days and minimum of 30 hours a week
  • Rotating Schedule will be a minimum of 3 days a week to include rotating Saturday's with occasional Sunday's based on holidays
  • Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm
  • Average hours range from 10 to 12 hours a day
  • Monitor, educate and provide care for up to 4 patients before, during and after dialysis treatment. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.
  • Support your community and build relationships by caring for patients local to your town.
What does a successful PCT look like?
  • High School Diploma (HSD) or GED *Please Note this is a State Requirement to obtain a Hemodialysis Certification
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles, mixing acid or bicarb
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for other people in need
  • Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast paced setting as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities at a time
  • Healthcare experience a plus including: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
