GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Operations Manager role manages a team that negotiates Single Patient and Multi-Patient Agreements for the Payor Partnerships team. You will be focused on ensuring high quality and high volume throughput from the team to enable patients to treat at DaVita and oversee projects that continuously improve our operations as measured against our key performance indicators.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operations leadership: Leads and directs daily work of teammates to drive progress toward KPIs and team goals using multiple data and workflow management systems
- Compliance leadership: Ensures that agreements being negotiated are compliant to relevant regulations
- People management: Provide leadership and ensures continuous learning to direct reports.
- Stakeholder management: Influences and collaborates with leaders in other lanes and organizations like negotiators, analysts, legal department, and payors to strategically manage relationships and ensure contract obligations are met.
- Project management leadership: Applies project and change management principles to lead continuous improvement projects

- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required
- Proven experience in driving operations against KPIs
- At least five (5) years of experience managing projects or teams
- Proficiency in analyzing data and creating KPIs
- Experience navigating workflow systems (i.e., contract lifecycle management systems)
- Healthcare and/or contracting experience preferred
- Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred
- Travel required: up to 15%

Salary/ Wage Range
$82,800.00 - $121,600.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
