The Manager of Learning Operations leads a lane within the program operations function and team in DaVita University's Learning Center of Excellence (CoE). The Manager leads team functions of that lane and is accountable for efficient and effective implementation, delivery, and innovation of their program portfolio. They develop and own partnerships with business partners and collaboratively manage stakeholder relationships across at least one DaVita University School or partner. The Manager is responsible for leading teammates, including the performance management and development of direct reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with business lanes, program owners, and key stakeholders to ensure program experiences and learning operations standards are being met across their portfolio.
- Oversee the Learning Operations team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of physical and digital logistics planning and execution for learning programs. Ensure logistical quality and standards of in-person and virtual programs.
- Manage capacity and performance of Learning Operations team resources to fulfill logistical and communication needs for program delivery.
- Own centralized standards, processes, and templates for master delivery calendar and communications.
- Manage in-take, prioritization, and process adherence for StarLearning administration related to content testing, quality assurance, upload, and assignments.
- 3+ years' experience in learning & development, project management, event planning, or related field
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Experience managing direct reports preferred
- Proficiency in a Learning Management System (e.g. Cornerstone on Demand) preferred.
- Travel: 0-15%
