The Manager, Program Owner owns Village-wide models, content, and programs related to Nursing Services programs initiatives, including but not limited to Nursing specific awards, engagement programs, academic-practice partnerships, transition to practice, accreditation initiatives (i.e. Pathway to Excellence, Practice Transition Accreditation Program, ANCC programs for CEUs, and competency assessment, development, and evaluation methods). S/he identifies Village Nursing Services' needs for new programs or updates to existing Programs; leverages the Learning Services team to design and develop elevated learning experiences; and delivers Village-wide programs as needed. S/he collaborates with key stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, People Services, Legal, and external partners to align program goals with nursing strategy. The role develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic enhancements. S/he drives change management efforts related to new programs or initiatives. S/he leads through influence and navigates complex projects, leveraging situational leadership.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Owns and guides the development and evaluation of new/existing Nursing Services Programs
- Project manage the creation and updating of programs in partnership with the Clinical Education Team, DVU Center of Excellence, and the DVU Learning Services team to meet defined learning objectives
- Facilitate formal Village Nursing Services Programs (in-person & virtual) or arrange alternate facilitation by role experts
- Designs and facilitates ad-hoc services (e.g. Nursing development/industry presentations, posters, abstracts/competency development and evaluation)
- Coordinate business approval of new or updated programs as necessary
- Continually measure the effectiveness of programs and adapt content as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred
- 4 - 6 year experience
- Working knowledge of adult learning theory
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to lead projects and programs, think strategically, and evaluate training effectiveness
- Ability to coach and develop others

Salary/ Wage Range
$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 / year
