As the VP, PCW Operations Planning & Analysis you will provide comprehensive financial support to operations areas of the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness Segment. This role includes leadership over planning and analysis for Store operations, Specialty operations, Mail operations and the Coram infusion business. These business areas include 200,000+ colleagues, dispense more than 1.7 billion prescriptions annually and have a budget of $25 billion. This position requires exceptional leadership and motivational skills to successfully support the SVP of Field Operations, SVP, Chief Pharmacy Officer and Chief Pharmacy Ops. and various other SVP & VP business leaders, plus several matrix team members in Finance, Operations and Sales. Primary responsibilities for this position include helping to set strategic goals, improve organizational effectiveness, and manage financial results. - Lead and execute change within the finance organization to support the evolving pharmacy operations
- Acquire talent, mentor team members and build/maintain a high-performance culture
- Develop and engage operations with significant and complex financial analysis that lead to improved productivity and or substantial cost savings
- Drive operational efficiency and leadership visibility through the implementation of technology to enhance reporting and decision making
- Lead and motivate a large and complex finance and financial operations organization while creating a winning and engaging culture.
- Manage the creation of monthly forecasts, annual budget and financial close support for the supported businesses. Provide multi-variable analyses to support business decisions
- Assist in the strategic planning process to ensure that reporting meets the company's 5-year strategic plan; act as the key resource in maintaining project financial integrity post completion
- Prepare and present periodic reporting packages to senior management which will be used in decision making
- Set the standard for integrity, accountability, and achieving results
- Translating financial results and metrics into clear, concise, actionable narratives that influence strategic planning, business decision-making and action
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change to improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality and alignment of priorities and results
- Ability to lead a large and complex finance and financial operations organization focusing on outcomes, employee engagement and talent development
- 20+ years related financial management experience
- Strategic and operations planning, financial analysis in a pharmacy, healthcare or retail business
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in an executive role
- Experience supporting a significant P&L
- Experience leading a large and complex organization
- Extensive change management experience
- Proven experience developing and executing financial strategies in a matrix operating model
- Demonstrated financial analytics experience
- 25%+ travel, with variability based on location
- Candidates located in the Midwest to East coast regions preferred
- MBA
- Bachelor's Degree required

$220,000.00 - $320,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
