Usability Analyst

Using knowledge of current Pharmacy systems & applications (RxConnect, Patient Care Central, CFRx, etc.), as well as pharmacy workflow, the applicant will contribute to product enhancements by identifying gaps in proposed workflows, making optimal workflow recommendations for end users of the systems (Technicians and Pharmacists), and ensuring the user's feedback is incorporated appropriately. The applicant would conduct market research in multiple forums (Focus Groups, Usability Sessions, etc.), collaborate with cross-functional teams, design user experiences, and oversee the product development lifecycle as it pertains to the user interface.
What you will do
- Performs usability studies on pharmacy applications to determine the satisfaction and utilization rate of enhancements to current products, as well as new products
- Continues to gain pharmacy experience by supporting our store colleagues during a working shift at a determined cadence
- Hosts sessions during our Monthly Colleague Connection forum to gain feedback from store team members in regards to in flight projects and discovery work
- Compiles all findings into final findings deliverables for dissemination with other IT and Business stakeholders, as well as ensure these are maintained in our feedback repository.
- Collaborates internally with our own Human-Centered Design, Pharmacy Experience Design team and Colleague Design Team, and utilizes past user feedback to propose optimal workflows and gain internal team alignment
- Collaborates with other IT and Business teams to ensure pharmacy store colleague feedback is incorporated appropriately and their voices are heard.
- Assists in enhancing/designing existing and new applications for the pharmacy colleague as well as other IT/business partners

- Holds an active Pharmacy Technician II License in good standing
- At least 2 years work experience in a CVS Pharmacy at a Lead Technician, Inventory Specialist, or Immunizing Technician.
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
- Works well with people
- Experience with or ability to learn/utilize design applications such as Figma, Photoshop, etc.
- Experience with or ability to learn/utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Teams, Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc.
- Experience with or ability to learn/breakdown video recordings for analytical purposes
- Certified Usability Analyst Certification (CUA)

The typical pay range for this role is:$55,620.00 - $148,320.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
