As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the implementation of MAWM Active initiatives, with a focus on ProActive development, microservices architecture, and integration solutions such as MIF and API-based systems. You will be part of a high-impact program dedicated to transforming the CVS fulfillment experience through innovative technology and seamless system integration.In this role, you will help translate our technology transformation strategy into actionable solutions by designing and implementing scalable, efficient integration architectures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives that drive business value and enhance customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of microservices and API-based integration solutions.
- Champion ProActive development practices to advance MAWM Active extensions that directly address CVS business objectives .
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and innovation in fulfillment technologies.
- 5+ years experience in Requirements gathering and analysis - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications for the Manhattan Warehouse Management System Active (Manhattan WMS Active)
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, MIF, JSON, data analysis tools, Postman, IBM Cognos, Snowflake, GCP, and Jasper
- 3+ years in System design and configuration - Designing and implementing solutions within the Manhattan WMS, including customizing workflows, warehouse processes, and integrations with other systems
- 3+ years in leading project teams through the full implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support
- 3+ years in developing training materials and providing user support for the implemented Manhattan WMS solution
- 3+ years in managing/driving integrations, discussions between the Manhattan WMS and other enterprise applications like Enterprise Resource Planning, Transportation Management System, etc
- 3+ years as an SME for Manhattan application to support Quality Assurance (QA,), integration and business UAT teams (User Acceptance Testing)
- 8+ years of experience in implementing Manhattan Active/WMOS
- Deep understanding of Manhattan WMS functionalities
- Ability in modules like warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, picking and packing, shipping, and receiving
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements
- Experience in leading project teams through the full implementation lifecycle, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of Manhattan WMS features, data structures, APIs, and configuration options
- Extension development using Manhattan proactive feature is a good to have skill
- Knowledge of database concepts, scripting languages, and integration technologies is good to have skill
- Excellent verbal and informal written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

The typical pay range for this role is:$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
