Sr Software Development Engineer

Technical & Functional Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage software releases lifecycle across multiple applications.
• Develop and maintain detailed Implementation, Validation, and Backout plans in collaboration with development teams.
• Open and manage change requests; coordinate with Change Advisory Board (CAB), Enterprise Change Management (ECM), and Release Management (RM) to ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional support teams to ensure successful deployment execution.
• Lead release bridges, ensuring adherence to release plans and timelines.
• Own the full lifecycle of intake-from request capture to estimation and release planning.
• Workflow Standardization: Define and maintain intake workflows, templates, and approval checkpoints.
• Collaborate with development teams and product owners to gather and submit evidence for PCI and Security Compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate environment initializations with Release Management.

• Facilitate weekly project intake meetings for CCVA and PBM IVR.
• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to scope and plan new project intake requests.
• Serve as DDAT Estimation Manager, responsible for evaluating business requests, assessing solution alternatives, and documenting solution estimates.
• Submit and manage In-Flight estimation requests, including status updates

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
