A&BC leverages advanced analytics, data science, AI (including generative AI), consulting approaches, product discipline and healthcare expertise to power innovative product applications to improve health outcomes and access to health care across all our businesses in CVS Health.As the Sr. Product Analyst of Generative AI and Analytics Solutions, you will collaborate with Data Science and Engineering leaders to support development, translate requirements, and design release plans. Working with UX/UI experts, you will ensure the best user experience and engage directly with users to understand their needs, address issues, and provide training. This role focuses on rapidly growing analytic products, including marketing analytics and generative AI solutions, offering significant career growth opportunities.What You Will Do:

Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Support development and communication of a clear product vision and roadmap for data products supporting Growth Analytics objectives
Support Product Development:
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses
  • Support key parts of the lifecycle of data products from ideation to scale to user support, ensuring continuous improvement and high user adoption.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, create user stories / acceptance criteria, and support roadmaps.
  • Write detailed product specifications and translate into technical requirements.
  • Lead user training and engagement sessions
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, UI/UX designers, software engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to develop and launch data-driven products
Performance & Analytics:
  • Support business cases and ROI analysis
  • Support OKRs and KPIs for generative AI and analytics products and track performance to ensure delivery of business value
Required Skills:

Product Management:
  • Experience in Product Management including full product lifecycle, roadmap and prioritization, understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling product features.
Agile Methodology:
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Figma)
Problem-Solving:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues, craft solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
Innovation & Curiosity:
  • Interest in emerging technologies and curiosity to uncover innovation and drive product enhancements that meet business / user needs.
Business Acumen:
  • Understanding of business drivers and ability to translate them into product requirements.
Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to distill complex information in a clear and concise manner to technical, non-technical audiences.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with technical teams and navigating technical constraints.
You will be working in a hybrid role in our CVS Health office in NYC (2 days a week onsite).Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams
  • 2+ years' experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management role
  • 1+ year experience working in an Agile framework
  • 1+ years product development with related project teams in analytics in enterprise level environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building workflow applications that leverage GenAI
  • Experience with Jira (or similar platform)
  • Understanding of data science concepts
  • Experience in healthcare, health insurance, tech, AI solutions or similar
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in: Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$86,520.00 - $173,040.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
