Designs enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional solutions to address business problems. This work results in initiatives that significantly impact organizational strategy, enabling the organization to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. Partners with business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives, to include profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness.What you will do

  • Directs day-to-day operations of the organization's government programs to ensure security and compliance.
  • Advises organizational teams to develop and execute government program procedures and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Develops processes and procedures to ensure constant organizational compliance with security regulations related to the organization's government program operations.
  • Leads the development of government program initiatives, develops strategies, presents recommendations, and implements solutions to improve overall line of business performance.
  • Collaborates with regional and local account management and sales teams on growth and retention strategies based on clinical intervention services.
  • Provides support in the resolution of complex government program issues and requests, as well as continuously assessing program needs to expand existing opportunities.
  • Drives the success of projects in government program operations in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, and senior individual contributors.
  • Attends ongoing professional development courses staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure the organization's compliance with security regulations in the government program sector.
  • Evaluates performance through regular, timely feedback to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at business intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
General understanding of provider contracting, and Medicare network adequacy,

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
