As a Senior Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions by leading financial planning and analysis for our Specialty business segment. In this role, you are responsible for driving annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, developing financial reports and insights for senior leadership, and identifying opportunities to optimize performance across key therapeutic classes and specialty pharmacy initiatives.

You will accomplish this by:
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the Specialty volume team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Developing and presenting monthly and quarterly financial packages to senior leadership, including ad hoc analyses as needed.
- Analyzing specialty therapeutic class trends and highlight strategic opportunities or risks for management action.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial targets, stretch goals, and business priorities.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- 7 or more years' work experience in finance, accounting, actuarial, or related field
- Foundational understanding of financial forecasting
- Ability to consolidate/report results to business partners and financial management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel up to 5% (including plane travel)
- Data visualization experience (e.g. Tableau)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize competing requests
Bachelor's Degree in related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
