CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our PBM Finance Enablement team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of critical PBM finance, underwriting, and contracting functions by playing a key role in the software development lifecycle.In this role, you will collaborate across departments including underwriting, IT, finance, legal, sales, and implementations to define and document complex technical activities that support both strategic initiatives and operational excellence.We're looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and a passion for translating complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements. - Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT teams, guiding them through systems, processes, and data flows.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project approaches and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate on solution options for complex customer challenges.
- Act as a strategic communications advisor focused on business transformation.
- Communicate technical solutions and trade-offs effectively to both business and technical audiences.
- Work closely with agile teams to ensure alignment on scope, user stories, testing, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate and, when needed, execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain high-quality documentation with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advocate for continuous improvement in product quality, security, and performance.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technical operations, or production support.
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, including scope documents, user stories, and process flows.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex topics in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions to drive progress.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in health insurance, PBM, or pharmacy services.
- Familiarity with complex, interconnected systems and business processes.
- Experience using agile tools, especially Broadcom's Rally.
- Experience working in Salesforce environments and with Salesforce reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
