This role will spearhead a strategic roadmap for the website experience, fostering stronger alignment with the broader enterprise digital strategy and capabilities. You will be instrumental in shaping the future digital experience for our users, ensuring seamless access to our valuable services.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual contributor to make a significant impact, driving both short-term enhancements to our existing platform and laying the groundwork for a cutting-edge digital experience. You will partner closely with internal digital teams and external vendors, requiring strong leadership, technical acumen, and exceptional relationship management skills.This is a hybrid/remote position. Candidates may live anywhere in the US and work remotely; however, onsite work will be expected for those located in the Hartford CT area.What You'll Do

  • Drive the Website Transition: Drive the strategy and execution of the Resources for Living digital experience.
  • Manage Existing Platform: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and development of small-scale change capabilities within the current experience.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with external partners to build and manage critical integrations, including API and Single Sign-On (SSO) functionalities, ensuring seamless data flow and user authentication.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Establish robust reporting mechanisms and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure website performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work in close collaboration with the internal digital team responsible for building the new website capabilities, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner effectively with business teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and navigate strategic compromises to deliver optimal digital solutions.
  • Technical Discovery & Documentation: Lead technical discovery efforts and create comprehensive business requirements documentation to guide development activities.
  • Project Management: Ensure adherence to timelines, proactively identifying and resolving barriers and defects.
  • Drive Innovation: Contribute to the long-term vision for the Resources for Living website, including the integration of AI capabilities, personalized recommendations and cross-product integration.
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years' proven experience in digital experience management, with a strong understanding of web development processes and technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing external vendors and building strong working relationships.
  • Solid understanding of API and SSO integration principles and practices.
  • 3 years' experience in technical development program management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong skills in technical discovery and the creation of clear and concise business requirements documentation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across different teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or broader healthcare/benefits industry.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with website analytics.
Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent experiencePay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
