As the Senior Analyst-Project Management and Executive Support, you will deliver project management and executive administrative support as a critical member of the Group Human Resources team. This team supports HR functions of 3 business units within CVS Health including Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness (PCW), Health Care Delivery (HCD), and Caremark. You will accomplish this through: leading and managing aspects of key projects to ensure the end state of the project and/or business operations help us deliver on key objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met, and offering executive administrative support to key members of the Group HR Leadership Team.• Proactively managing/coordinating daily schedule/calendar, contacts, travel arrangements, meetings (internal and external), conferences, and seminars of various members of the Group HR Leadership team

• Partnering closely with the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Group HR on meeting planning & management, reporting, and leadership team engagement activities
• Proactively leading assigned projects by creating project timelines, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work
• Planning and supporting complex meetings and events, managing all levels of detail including distribution lists, updating invitations, and running reports to help keep things current
• Acting as a point of contact for urgent business needs and identifies issues for escalations, communicating and ensuring that the team is well informed
• Works collaboratively with business partners and key HR stakeholders to support HR Operations and project work
• Works appropriately with confidential information; always acts with discretionRequired Qualifications
• At least 3 years of overall relevant experience
• At least 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• At least 2+ years project management experience
• This is a hybrid position that requires 2-3 days per week in the office. Candidates must live in a commutable distance of Woonsocket, RI.Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in communication and collaboration
• Experience in Project Management
• Strong experience with MS Products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and WebExEducation

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
