This is not an IT Project Manager role.

The candidate for this Senior Analyst, Project Management position on the Rating Environment - System Enhancement team will be responsible for supporting the business activities related to the development, implementation and ongoing management of project(s) working with the development team within large group underwriting rating systems with supervision.- Supplies business requirements for software systems, development of projects by working with users and/or business stakeholders.

- Primary focus areas: recommendations for system functionality, specification documentation, performing system testing, providing individual user training as part of handling user requests and questions, and documentation responsibilities .
- Successfully completes multiple tasks within project(s); tracks and is accountable for progress against timeline and key milestones.
- Builds and leverages strong relationships to work effectively across business areas.
- Identifies gaps, recommends enhancements, and writes system specifications for new and/or existing rating system workflows based on broad view of the organization, with a primary focus on underwriting.
- Monitors requests for assistance from customers, responds promptly and accurately and maintains issue database.
- Identifies cross-functional support required to achieve business objectives.

- Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
- Proven communication skills both written and verbal.
- Past positions required acting as a project lead and directing a team.
- Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills.
- Solid Project Management and supervisory skills.Preferred Qualifications

- ERNIE system experience.Education:

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
