The Rebate Payment Operations team is responsible for administering the contract terms and provisions for our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) clients, related to drug rebates and rebate guarantees. The team is responsible for processing payments for all our clients across the PBM, and providing excellent customer service to both clients and client representatives is a priority. The department is innovative, fast-paced, and in a consistent state of change, therefore this role requires a professional, detail-oriented, and flexible individual, with superior time-management skills.As a Rebate Operations Manager, you will work autonomously to initiate and lead projects and improvements to enhance our team's current systems and processes and align with our strategic goals.You will accomplish this by:

- Successfully implementing and communicating process improvements, providing necessary training to team members, and updating and maintaining process documentation
- Overseeing quarterly and annual financial controls, and weekly monitoring tools that minimize upstream issues impacting rebate payments
- Managing tight deadlines and competing priorities and projects
- Assist in fielding requests and questions relating to client rebate payments from internal partners as well as directly from our clients, which may require ad hoc analysis and creative solutioning
- Effectively track more complex issues until resolution and complete satisfaction of the client
- Successfully engage and collaborate regularly with key personnel and leaders from many other areas across the organization
- 5+ years' professional experience, preferably in an operational or analytical role
- 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Excel, demonstrating advanced skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA
- 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Access, SAS, or SQL to extract and summarize data from large data warehouses
- Ability to travel up to 5% (including plane travel)
- Experience with SAS software and programming
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to work with significant amounts of data for process and analysis, particularly using Microsoft Access and Excel
- Experience interfacing directly with clients and answering questions in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience in contract administration or budgeting/forecasting for client financial arrangements

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
