As a Product Owner - Generative AI, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how members, pharmacists and providers interact with Caremark Member Operations. You'll launch innovative new products in our voice and digital chat channels that will simplify the contact experience, increase personalization and make healthcare more accessible.
This is more than a product role-it's a chance to shape the future of the AI-driven contact center. You'll collaborate with operations, engineering, design, and data science teams to bring human-like, scalable virtual assistant experiences to life.What You'll Do
- Partner with Product Manager to understand vision and priorities
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and prioritize the product backlog.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-engineering, design, and data science-to deliver innovative, user-centered solutions.
- Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature delivery.
- Partner with QA and UAT teams to ensure robust testing and post-launch validation.
- Support product syndication and customization for enterprise clients.
- Monitor user feedback and design performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

- 3+ years+ of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role
- Strong background in end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data in a straightforward manner
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
- Familiarity with bot creation, generative AI, virtual assistants, or telephony systems (IVR, NLP, etc.)
- Experience with conversational design principles and user experience best practices
- Background in healthcare or other regulated industries
- Proficiency with tools like Visio, Miro, or other process modeling platforms.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
