And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Power Platform developer with expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to create end-to-end business solutions in Microsoft 365 tenant environment. We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of a wide variety of Microsoft systems, tools, and processes to include Power Platform adjacent technologies like SharePoint and Teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience leveraging Power FX, Power Automate expressions, and other code-oriented features of Power Platform
- Knowledgeable about process mapping and creating process flows in Visio or similar tools
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various departments, fostering effective communication and gathering insights to enhance processes
- Commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking feedback from stakeholders, monitoring key performance indicators, and iterating on solutions to align with evolving organizational goals
- Proficient in change management principles, with the ability to effectively communicate changes, mitigate resistance, and drive adoption of new processes and technologies
- Fostering a culture of continuous self learning and improvement
- Responsibilities
- Develop self-service business solutions across M365 using Power Platform tools and processes
- Provide operational support, maintenance, enhancements of Power Apps and Power Automate flows, specifically
- Craft scalable data models using SharePoint lists/libraries as primary data sources for Power Platform solutions
- Configure and manage data access to underlying SharePoint list/library data sources and Power Platform solutions
- Guide customers on requirements gathering practices and solicit meaningful business requirements
- Translate business requirements into meaningful business solutions appropriate for the process and audience
- Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve reported Power Platform and related SharePoint issues
- Establish and/or utilize industry best practices and guidelines around the Power Platform and M365, in general
- Maintain documentation of all business solutions as part of larger knowledge management effort
- Effectively manage your time to produce results as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform
- Experience with Github
- Experience with Rally and Azure DevOps
- Experience with using AI in development
- Experience with reporting in a product/project management setting
- Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices
- Knowledge of Agile Development Practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Full timePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$79,310.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
