As a Pharmacist for our Specialty Mail Service Pharmacy, you will have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals while providing leadership and guidance to supporting staff. Our Pharmacists ensure the accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services, which include drug therapy monitoring, patient education, drug information and chronic disease state management for our clinical programs.

Additionally, you will ensure the correct medication is appropriately picked, checked, packed, and shipped to patients and perform all duties associated with the dispensing of pharmaceuticals. You will provide customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, and provide direction and guidance to supporting staff. You will be cross-trained on other functions within the facility as assigned. Successful incumbents in this role are knowledgeable and compliant with all pharmacy regulations and corporate policies, work instructions and procedures. Required Qualifications
Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Active license as a practicing pharmacist in TN
2+ years working experience as a licensed Pharmacist

Preferred Qualifications
1 year Pharmacy Specialty experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$34.76 - $74.87

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
