- Serving as the clinical subject matter expert on the account team
- Providing clinical consulting services through analyzing drug utilization patterns and trends for our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients.
- Leveraging your presentation skills by delivering quarterly and annual reporting, in partnership with the account owner, to clients on the clinical aspects of their benefit plan.
- Educating clients on CVS Health's clinical programs and solutions to make recommendations for client implementation and adoption.
As a Clinical Advisor, your success will be driven by maintaining above average client satisfaction scores and contributing to the account team's ability to increase client revenue relative to clinical programs and solutions. You will partner and serve as a liaison with internal teams and other clinicians supporting clinical programs on behalf of the client to achieve these results. Superior writing and organizational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines will also be paramount to your success. The contributions you will make as a Clinical Advisor will position CVS Health for long term growth in the competitive PBM marketplace.The ideal candidate for this position would be located in the Midwestern part of the United States (Central or Mountain time zone), within easily commutable distance of a major airport. This is a work from home role, with the ability to work remotely or in a corporate hub location.You must have the ability and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time. Required Qualifications :
- 3+ years of managed care Pharmacist experience and/or 1 year of Managed Care Residency program.
- Active pharmacist license that is in good standing.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role within the managed care environment
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience with utilization management trends and programs within the managed care environment
- Highly organized, detail oriented, proficient analytical ability with effective listening & presentation skills are required. Education :
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing required Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$110,925.00 - $228,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
