The ideal candidate combines experience analyzing the use of consumer-grade software products for clinical users with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. You'll use data analysis techniques and tools to help drive informed business decisions across the organization, identify patterns and trends, and optimize processes. Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain enterprise-level reports and dashboards to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Synthesize data from various sources to inform strategic decision-making across departments.
- Translate data findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for non-technical audiences.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for operational efficiency improvements and business growth.
- Establish and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of enterprise initiatives and processes.
- Collaborate with business units to implement data-driven recommendations for process optimization.
- Data Governance & Quality: Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the enterprise.
- Work with various teams to improve data quality and accessibility.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams, such as Product and Population Health, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Work closely with the Technical Product team to optimize data analysis and provide guidance on best practices.
- Facilitate data-driven discussions and promote an analytical mindset throughout the organization.
- Exploratory Data Analysis (ad hoc requests)
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or related field
- 3+ years, including 1+ years of leading projects or managing directs
- Knowledge of product management tools
- Proficient in data collection tools and databases
- Strong writing and research skills
- Ability to synthesize data and think critically about a product
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Full timePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
