We are seeking a hands-on and execution-oriented Manager of Product Strategy Execution to support the delivery of exceptional experiences across our digital health and wellbeing platform. This role plays a critical part in translating strategic vision into reality-ensuring that product features, user journeys, and delivery partners align with business goals and user/client needs. Depending on team priorities and candidate strengths, this role may focus on either the B2B client experience or the member-facing experience.What You Will Do

- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational goals and user/client needs.
- Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure delivery aligns with strategic intent.
- Lead the execution phase of product initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, operations and other delivery partners to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, user preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Assess product performance and user/client feedback to inform continuous improvement and feature optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies, positioning, and promotional efforts.
- Represent user or client needs in cross-functional discussions, ensuring that product decisions reflect real-world impact and value.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accessibility standards across all experience touchpoints.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, customer/member experience, service design, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver user- or client-centered solutions
- Strong understanding of B2B2C or digital health ecosystems
- Experience translating strategy into execution through detailed planning, coordination, and delivery oversight
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in digital health, wellness, benefits, or employee/member engagement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development tools
- Exposure to behavioral science, human-centered design, or service design thinking
- Experience working with either employer clients or health plan members
- Understanding of ROI modeling or impact measurement for experience initiatives
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field-such as business, public health, behavioral sciences, human-centered design, or a related discipline-is preferred. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
