The Patient Engagement and Experience Team (PEx) is responsible for advancing patient experience, unlocking new engagement tactics, and incubating new lines of business within the portfolio.As Manager, New Products & Services Implementation, you will play a critical role on Team PEx in incubating new CVS lines of business by executing and coordinating key workstreams across a large group of stakeholders within Retail Pharmacy. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will bring new products and lines of business to life with a customer-first approach. You will join a diverse team of innovative, strategic colleagues who are passionate about transforming healthcare and delivering customer-centric experiences, while also driving growth at an accelerated pace.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the launch of new Rx products by developing go-to-market strategies, defining patient and colleague experience, and ensuring execution excellence
  • Leads the execution of products by managing dependencies and working closely with cross-functional teams such as pharmacy operations, field leadership, payer relations, IT, clinical safety, regulatory affairs, Legal, and manufacturing
  • Drives execution and management performance to deliver by establishing project timelines, allocating resources, and managing colleague execution to ensure efficient and timely execution of new growth initiatives to deliver business value
    • Establish and own field relationships with field leaders (DVPs/RDs/DLs) to ensure execution and drive engagement and change management
    • Build all training and readiness materials, ensure implementation of training plans and coordinate any legal reviews / approvals for training material updates
    • Coordinate with stores to ensure readiness checklist and operational excellence and workflow best practices for stores and colleagues
    • Plan and lead store visits and ad hoc support/SME knowledge; support colleagues with Rx Connect issues and bring in insights to inform Modernization efforts
    • Ensure all necessary training materials, supplies, labels, clinical resources, etc. are prepared and shared for launch readiness
    • Establishes robust measurement plan to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of new Rx products
  • Collects colleague insights to understand requirements to inform future technology roadmap, workflow enhancements and support requirements
  • Ensures timely visibility and collaboration across large, cross-functional working team and facilitating regular stakeholder and leadership updates
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to product development teams by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team
Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or retail industry in a strategy, innovation, product/program development and/or product/program operational role
  • Previous field experience in retail pharmacy and/or corporate environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry business models (e.g., pharmacy, insurance, healthcare services)
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to strategically tailor written, visual, or verbal messages for internal and external stakeholders and leaders
  • Strong storytelling skills; proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly create, format, and edit visually appealing presentations
  • Strong acumen for data-driven decision-making; experience with using quantitative data/analytics and qualitative frameworks to distill complex information and inform assessments of business priorities and tradeoffs
  • Demonstrated agility and strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team towards time-sensitive goals in a highly matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Systems or related field and/or PharmD preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with standing up pilot and launching programs at scale
  • Experience with field management and execution
  • Experience with systems & technology builds; especially systems that impact pharmacy workflow
Education
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant experience required

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
