A Brief Overview
Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team to gather and analyze client requirements, assist in developing implementation plans, and work with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects. Interacts directly with plan sponsors, addresses inquiries, and provides guidance during the implementation process, contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.Position Summary
- Collaborates with the various benefit set up teams to gather and analyze client requirements, assist in developing implementation plans, and work with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects.
- Establishes strong relationships with internal partners, serving as the main point of contact for issue resolution.
- Helps establish and implement function-specific strategies, solutions, and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Integrates client onboarding and implementation processes, coordinating internal resources and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing service delivery.
- Assesses team performance and metrics, analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Constructs continuous improvement initiatives in client service processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coaches a team of Dual Entry Analysts, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- 3 to 5 years leadership experience (this position will have 11 direct reports)
- 3 to 5 years project management experience.
- 3 to 5 years of stakeholder management experience - experience with leading, creating and delivering executive presentations
- Prior experience with self-funded health insurance plans
- Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word)
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- PMP certification
- Prior experience working with QuickBase and Salesforce

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
