The Licensing Analyst (Grade 107) role is responsible for a wide range of functions to ensure CVS facilities have the required licenses to allow for uninterrupted and compliant operations for pharmacy business operations. This role will support our pharmacy business segments by renewing and maintaining pharmacy related licenses which require enhanced skills and competencies.The Licensing Analyst works in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, engaging cross functionally with various internal departments and field personnel as well as interfacing with external regulatory agencies to renew and maintain required licenses and ensures the successful completion of licensing tasks. The Licensing Analyst helps develop and maintain Standard Work Procedures, focusing on operational improvements. The Licensing Analyst may also provide guidance, support, and training to Licensing Coordinators.
- Process and see to completion of the renewal of pharmacy related licenses as well as other required regulatory notifications for existing facilities accurately and on a timely basis. Includes correspondence with regulatory agencies regarding license information and regulatory requirements as well as close coordination with other internal legal and business teams. Applications and communications may occur electronically, on paper, through large and small group meetings, telephone, and through various guideline documents, reporting, and databases.
- Supports Associate Manager with development and maintenance of Standard Work Procedures and operational improvements.
- Perform other duties as requested by licensing team management .
- Database maintenance of licensing efforts and relevant information.

- Maintain on-site and electronic license files and supply copies upon request.
- Monthly Budget Reporting .
- Support to other Coordinators.

10. Three or more years of experience working in a legal, licensing, healthcare
or other highly regulated environment.Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, business, licensing, or other highly regulated field.
Experience in project management.Education
Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience required Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
