The Licensing Analyst role is responsible for a wide range of functions to ensure CVS facilities have the required licenses to allow for uninterrupted and compliant operations. This role will support the Licensing Team by completing various types of applications or other license related functions during peak renewal periods and other licensing initiatives. The Licensing Analyst works in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, engaging cross functionally with various internal departments and field personnel as well as interfacing with external agencies.

The Licensing Analyst will also provide key support with assisting the Associate Manager with (1) using data and metrics to support workforce planning and to identify opportunities for improvement (2) providing support for the maintenance and upkeep of our internal Licensing Intake Tool & Management System (3) maintaining tools, playbooks and SOPs for the Licensing Team and (4) assisting with the payment and budgeting process.To be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:

- Three or more years of experience working in a legal, licensing, healthcare or other highly regulated environment.
3+ years in healthcare, business, licensing or related field.

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
