As the manager, HR Business Partner - Retail Call Center & Mail, you'll play a key supportive strategic role as a thought partner to aligned client leadership and the broader HRBP team. The HRBP will report directly to the Lead Director, HR Business Partner - Retail Operations and will support the Retail Call Center and Mail Operations organizations. The HRBP will be responsible for building successful relationships within all levels of the organization to proactively develop and execute human capital plans that will positively impact the company. Operating within an HRBP consulting model, the HRBP is directly, or in partnership with other HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Shared Services (HRSS), responsible for supporting key talent, organizational processes and workplace practices including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance and change management, organizational design, manager/team assimilation, compensation, talent reviews and large-scale enterprise HR initiatives. This role is hybrid and candidate must live within a commutable distance of the CVS Health Mail Facility in Wilkes Barre, PA.Responsibilities

As Strategic Partner:
- With leaders and senior HR partners/leaders develops business strategies and aligns, builds and executes the HR strategy to address the current and future direction of HR
- Supports and delivers broad scale human resource consulting, coaching and human capital solutions to leaders and colleagues
- Evaluates and advises on the impact of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of team members.
- Coaches and develops leaders to optimize performance
- Develops rich talent pipelines needed to drive both current and future business needs
- Builds a change-capable organization that helps colleagues to thrive in a constantly changing environment
- Identifies, escalates and addresses implications of organizational change and local policy/practice initiatives
- Brokers consulting, project and other works with COEs, leveraging enterprise resources and expertise
- Effectively analyze, leverage and share key insights and actions based on HR data and metrics
- Leverages technology, tools and resources to optimize organizational effectiveness (people, process, policy)
- Recognizes, articulates and helps shape company, client and HR team culture
- Sustains leader focus on engagement of colleagues; recognizes trends; designs and implements HR solutions to address
- Facilitates finding HR solutions to difficult/urgent situations
- Facilitates dialogue and discussion to align others on values and encourage collaboration
- 5+ years Human Resources, Strategy, or Project Management experience or equivalent in another similar field
- Commutable distance of the CVS Health Mail Facility in Wilkes Barre, PA
- Strong Communication Skills

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
